Over the past week, Viteccons has been awarded the contracts for two major projects: the "Block 15A-Hutech High-Quality Human Resource Training Center" developed by HUTECH Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company, and the "Yin Hwa Shoes Lasts Factory" developed by Yin Hwa Shoes Lasts Vietnam Co., Ltd.

Viteccons has recently won the bid for the "Block 15A-Hutech High-Quality Human Resource Training Center" project, which is located in Ho Chi Minh City's Hi-Tech Park in District Thu Duc. This project is being invested by HUTECH Education Development Investment Joint Stock Company and involves the construction of a building that is well-designed in terms of architecture, function and synchronization with the entire campus of HUTECH University of Technology. The project comprises 1 basement, 8 floating floors, 1 roof floor and a roof tower, with a total construction floor area of more than 10,500 m2.

As the General Contractor, Viteccons will be responsible for the structural and architectural construction from the pile to the roof of the building. The project is expected to be completed in 9 months, after which Viteccons will hand it over to the Investor.

Viteccons has also secured the project "Yin Hwa Shoes Lasts Factory" invested by Yin Hwa Shoes Lasts Vietnam Co., Ltd. The factory will be built on an area of over 25,000m2 within Loc An Industrial Park, Binh Son, Long Thanh District, Dong Nai Province, with a construction area of almost 7,000m2. Viteccons will serve as the General Contractor for the construction of the structure, finishing, infrastructure, and M&E for the project. The construction is expected to be completed within 7 months.

Despite the challenging period of the Covid-19 epidemic, Viteccons General Contractor has been continuously winning many new projects, which is a testament to the company's brand and outstanding capacity in the construction market. This is an optimistic signal for 2021, which is a year filled with challenges but also opportunities for Viteccons to make a breakthrough.
