Upon determination that the work force is an important foundation in business development, so many years, Board of Directors of the Viteccons Company has paid attention to caring the lives of staff, including employees, in which assurance of labor safety – labor sanitation - explosion prevention, occupational health and illness is always concern and top priority for criteria "Safety is No. 1”. Therefore, in the fourth quarter of 2013, the Company Safety Board has launched the program “10,000 safe working hours” in the sites. The program attracted the attention of the entire staff - workers in the company and achieved a lot of certain success. Especially there were no accidents regardless of big or small occurring in the works of Viteccons.

In the early months, the employees are entitled to regularly participate in training classes on labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention, campaigns on labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention launched by Safety Board in response to the National Week on labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention.

And in this second quarter, Viteccons Company Safety Board launched the program 200,000 safe working hours with the slogan "abide by regulations, absolute safety is a general joy" to raise awareness the workers on labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention, occupational health and disease, in order to reduce risks and avoid accidents to workers with the following main objectives:

• Exercising the morning and training safety in early hours daily.
• The site is free from smoke and stimulant.
• Green - Clean – Beautiful Site.
• Safety in construction: "Ensure 100% of site not to have accidents."
• No fire on the Site.

In addition to good performance of safety work in all the work, Viteccons has regularly updated and innovated construction technologies, the safety measures as well as improving working conditions, safety equipment systems and labor protection for workers, creating the best working environment for employees.

Along with the enhancement of the review, urging, inspection of functions, tasks and operational rules of the management system for safety, occupational health, Viteccons also increase the number of staff in charge of safety and sanitation to promptly detect safety risks, establish preventive measures to eliminate the risk; regular inspect labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention at work on the site; boost workers’ spirit and reward individuals and collectives with excellent performance in labor safety – labor sanitation – fire prevention.
