On 12/12/2015, Viteccons continued to receive notifications of winning construction bid packages "Building The Oasis – professionals’ village townhouses - Phase V" from the investor North Saigon International JSC (SNI) after Viteccons has just completed construction bid package of 34 villas in Phase IV of the project.

The project "The Oasis phase V" consists of 42 adjacent townhouses located in the Oasis in the Vietnam Singapore residential area, Thuan An, Binh Duong. Having master plans from the beginning plus the combination of Vietnamese traditional housing architecture and Singaporean typical green, cleanliness and harmony has formed a unique The Oasis, which is unmistakable in comparison with other existing residential areas in Binh Duong, just like the project’s name "Oasis" (The Oasis).

The New contracts signed with the Investor (SNI) mark an impressive milestone in the cooperation between Viteccons and North Saigon International Joint Stock Company (SNI) when earlier, Viteccons had just completed phase IV of the project.
