1. Sai Gon Villas Hill Project

Nguyen Kim Investment & Development JSC is the Investor of Sai Gon Villas Hill Project. Viteccons is the main Contractor of the project with a scale of 26  adjacent villas and construction in 7 months.

Located in a prime on the front of 99 Le Van Viet in the bustling center of District 9 in particular and the East of the city in general. 2. Oasis City

Oasis City is the third project that Viteccons was entrusted by Investor of Sai Gon North International JSC (SNI) as the main contractor to execute the project after The Oasis I phase IV and The Oasis I phase V.

Located in a golden position in front of IV road – arterial road connecting 3 provinces of Dong Nai – Binh Duong – Ho Chi Minh and like a silk-road in Vietnam. The Oasis City project has a scale of 47 hectares including 2.600 townhouses, adjacent villas, detached villas and 1.000 luxury apartments. In the first phase, Viteccons will construct 72  houses and hand over to the Investor after 7 months.
