On March 21, 2024, Viteccons, in collaboration with the Investor Frasers Property Vietnam (Thailand), organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the 'Industrial Centre Yên Mỹ' project. The event was attended by nearly 200 guests, including Industrial Park management boards, investors, consultants, Viteccons as the main contractor, and various subcontractors and suppliers.

The Industrial Centre Yên Mỹ project is located in lot CN1, Yên Mỹ Industrial Park, Yên Mỹ District, Hưng Yên Province, covering an area of 6.9 hectares and constructed to LEED Silver standards. In this project, Viteccons has been entrusted by the investor to serve as the general contractor for construction, installation of MEP systems, and landscape infrastructure.

During the ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy Vĩnh, the CEO of Viteccons, shared: "With 15 years of experience, Viteccons has successfully completed hundreds of projects ranging from commercial buildings, offices, to especially industrial workshops.
