On June 20, 2023, Viteccons, in collaboration with the Employer - Nam Tai International Company Limited, successfully organized the groundbreaking ceremony for the "London Business Park Nam Tai Ready-Built For Lease Project " which is located in Lot B2, Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone (Green iP-1), Thai Thuy District, Thai Binh Province.

Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone is one of the key areas for economic and industrial development in Thai Binh Province. Accordingly, the Nam Tai project will complete the construction of 5-star standard warehouses, employing green energy and environmentally friendly infrastructure to anticipate the investment wave from high-tech businesses both domestically and internationally. The project, with large-scale direct foreign investment in the area, is the second project undertaken by Viteccons in Lien Ha Thai Industrial Zone, in collaboration with Lotes Thai Thuy.

With the trust of the Employer, Viteccons takes on the role of General Contractor for Phase 2 construction of six warehouses, covering a total construction area of 7.6 hectares. During the groundbreaking ceremony, Mr. Phan Huy Vinh, CEO of Viteccons, highlighted the significance of this project for the economic development and industrial infrastructure of Thai Binh. He also emphasized the company's commitment to constructing high-quality warehouses that meet international standards and ensure safety throughout the construction process.

Representatives from Nam Tai Thai Binh International Company expressed their gratitude for the support and cooperation of all parties involved in the project preparation process. They also expressed confidence that the development of Nam Tai warehouses would bring positive contributions to the regional economy.

The groundbreaking ceremony for the "London Business Park Nam Tai Ready-Built For Lease Project" was successfully held in a solemn atmosphere, marking the important cooperation between Viteccons and Nam Tai Thai Binh International Company. After the ceremony, the project will officially enter a rapid construction phase to be completed and operational by November 2023, promising to bring new development opportunities and contribute to the economic growth of Thai Binh province.
