VITECCONS AWARDS SCHOLARSHIPS TO OUTSTANDING STUDENTS
January 09, 2025

On January 6, 2025, during the graduation project defense ceremony for the 61st batch of Electrical Engineering students at the University of Transport and Communications in Hanoi, Viteccons awarded six scholarships to outstanding students who excelled in defending their graduation projects. This was to recognize their efforts and encourage their academic spirit and scientific research. It was also an opportunity for Viteccons to attend the event, provide career guidance, and identify potential candidates for recruitment, training, and future employment at the company after graduation.

At the defense committees, many creative topics and outstanding students received attention from businesses. This is proof of the high quality of the university's professional training as well as the potential for development of the younger generation of engineers in the future.

Not only focusing on developing internal human resources, Viteccons also places great emphasis on nurturing and developing young engineers— the "building blocks" for the sustainable growth of the construction industry in the future. Currently, Viteccons is maintaining practical activities for students, such as:

  • Awarding scholarships to outstanding students.
  • Recruiting interns and providing opportunities for real-world experience.
  • Organizing career orientation programs and inspiring passion for the profession.

Viteccons hopes that this partnership will provide the motivation for students to continue their journey of personal development, becoming talented engineers, and contributing to the strength of Vietnam's construction industry.
