On May 22, 2021, Viteccons held a conference to announce the appointment of the company's managers. During the conference, the decision No. 23/QDBN – 2021 of the General Director was announced, appointing Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong to the position of Acting Director of Viteccons Project effective May 17, 2021.

Mr. Phan Huy Vinh, the General Director, presented flowers and handed over the decision to appoint Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong as the Acting Project Director.

After presenting the decision and congratulating Mr. Vo Ngoc Phong on his new position, General Director Phan Huy Vinh advised the new Project Director to continue working hard with the British and EM members of the Board of Directors to foster unity, intellectual focus, and successfully fulfill their duties.

When receiving his new assignment, the new Project Director expressed his gratitude to the Board of Directors for their attention and trust in him. He also promised to work even harder and undergo additional training in order to complete all assigned tasks.
