On the morning of May 7th 2018, Viteccons held a ceremony to announce the Decision on appointing 2 positions as Deputy General Director of the Company. Attending the ceremony, there were Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan - Chairman of Board of Directors cum General Director of the Company and all Departments attending the inauguration ceremony.

On behalf of the BOD, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan awarded the decision to appoint Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach and Mr. Do Van Cuong keep as Deputy General Director since May 5th 2018.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan affirmed that this is a key strategy to enhance the key leadership of the Company in order to fulfill the goals of building and developing the Company in the future. He congratulated Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach and Mr. Do Van Cuong and believed that with his new role and new duties, he would devote all his abilities and intelligence to make Viteccons continue to change and develop more rapidly in next time.
 
With more than 15 years of experience working in the construction field and having been with Viteccons since the early days of its establishment, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach and Mr. Do Van Cuong have experienced many difference positions form Manager site to Project Manager in important project of Viteccons. With experience and high expertise, the works managed by them are implemented very effectively with high quality and appreciated by the Investors.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Pham Ngoc Thach and Mr. Do Văn Cuong gave deep thanks to the BOD for trusting and assigning the duties of Deputy General Director to them and promising to improve the capacity and responsibility to fulfill the assigned tasks, together with the BOD to build the Company to develop more and more in the future
