On September 25, 2025, in Long An, the contract signing ceremony for the construction and completion of LA Home Social Housing Apartment took place between the Developer Prodezi Long An and the General Contractor Viteccons. This event marks an important milestone in creating homes for nearly 400 local households.

LA Home Social Housing Apartment is a key social housing project consisting of two 8-storey blocks. Aimed at providing a modern, convenient, and safe living environment for workers in industrial zones and urban areas of Long An, the project is expected to help address urgent housing needs and enhance the local urban landscape.

Speaking at the ceremony, Mr. Do Ngoc Tuan – Chairman of Viteccons, emphasized: “Every contract is not just words, but the beginning of a dream. LA Home represents 400 homes where thousands will find peace and trust in the future. With our ‘Build by Heart’ philosophy, we aim to deliver not just a structure, but a foundation for a sustainable and happy life.”

The project has completed its foundation and is eligible for sales contracts. According to the plan, all buildings will be completed and handed over by the end of 2026, in sync with the LA Sol subdivision, forming a dynamic, modern, and sustainable urban area in Long An.
