According to the original plan, concreting the 2nd-floor slab was expected to require significant preparation and execution time. However, by adopting a prefabricated and pre-shaped column–wall formwork solution from the outset, Viteccons successfully shortened the installation process. This approach not only ensured smooth and precise execution of each stage but also optimized the quality of slabs, columns, and walls.

Developed by Kita Invest, Stella 360 is a 18-storey project with a total floor area of 39,000 m², located in Can Tho City. Viteccons is entrusted with full-scope construction works including superstructure, finishing, MEP, and landscape infrastructure.

Every working hour at the Stella 360 site represents not only progress but also the embodiment of Viteccons’ philosophy “Build By Heart – Kiến tạo từ Trái Tim”. The successful milestone at the 2nd floor has paved the way for further breakthroughs in the upcoming phases of the project.

The achievement of exceeding the schedule by 10 days at Stella 360 is regarded as a true “technical speed race”, reaffirming Viteccons’ capability and determination in Vietnam’s construction market.
