The Viteccons Trade Union Executive Committee recently undertook a visit to the projects' Construction Committees, spanning from the North to the South. This significant undertaking seeks to demonstrate the Trade Union's care, support, and motivation for its staff members throughout the project's execution.

During the meetings, representatives of the Trade Union visited, encouraged, and attentively listened to the opinions of the project command members working on sites, this assisted the company in developing a clearer comprehension of the working conditions, difficulties, and essential prerequisites for ensuring a secure and highly efficient working environment.

Mrs. Tran Thuy Thuc Quyen - Head of HR Department, enthusiastically shared, " With this small gift bearing the Viteccons symbol, we hope to inspire our colleagues to maintain the flame of "Build by Heart" and steadfastly guide the projects to triumphant completion.
