It has also established itself as a leading paint manufacturer in Southeast Asia with a specialization in producing construction-related products such as decorative paint, industrial paint, and waterproof paint. TOA has expanded its operations to numerous countries and continues to gain recognition and prestige in the industry.

As a construction company with vast experience and numerous successful projects across the country, Viteccons has taken on the role of General Contractor for the "Toa Binh Duong Distribution Center" project.

The Viteccons team of engineers quickly developed construction plans and carefully selected materials to ensure the factory's durability and convenience for production. They also developed smart solutions to help the Investor save significantly on energy and operating costs.

In this project, Viteccons built a factory that meets international standards with the following features:

• The factory adheres to LEED Gold standards for ventilation, lighting, materials, greenery, selective irrigation systems, and high compliance with LEED requirements.
• The structures are made using precast concrete components such as columns, walls, and truss frames, which are produced at the factory and assembled at the project site. This approach differs from the traditional method of pouring concrete on site and requires high technical standards.
• The coordination between departments, such as M&E and steel structure, is very careful in accurately locating the waiting positions for bolts, pipes, and other components. The construction assembly space required a wide range, while the factory premises were limited, so the team of Viteccons engineers conducted research and proposed the most appropriate construction solutions.
• The construction floor has super flat floor requirements according to the TR34 standard, which controls the elevation, flatness, and variation of floor elevation difference.
• The racking system has 8 pallet floors according to the VN0244F system and requires accurate calculation of the 1-wing racking frame from the distance of the shelves, the height, and the research level of the rack system.
• The forklifts use rails-oriented vehicles that are placed sound deep under the concrete floor 30mm from the floor and about 50mm away from the concrete protective steel layer 1 to prevent interference. This helps orient the vehicle correctly, so it requires a team of experienced site engineers.

The MEP system of the Viteccons project also applies modern and advanced systems such as:

• An automatic lighting system for offices and warehouses that is designed to meet LEED Gold standards with automatic control features.
• A high expansion coefficient foam system with high expansion nozzles installed at a height of 15m.
• A fire protection pump system that includes three diesel pumps with a capacity of 685m3/h and a suction pipe diameter of up to DN400.
