The Answers You Can Only Find Through Onboarding

Google can provide basic information about Viteccons, such as the year the company was founded, the projects it has delivered, and key milestones throughout its journey of growth and expansion. However, there are values and ways of working that can only be fully understood and experienced when you become part of Viteccons.

Onboarding Training is the starting point for new members to understand Viteccons' systems, culture, and safety standards.

It is about how systems, processes, and tools are put into practice every day, enabling hundreds of people to work seamlessly together on the same project while maintaining progress and quality across every work package. At the same time, it is how the “Build by Heart” culture is consistently reflected in every action – from the way people work and support one another to the policies, benefits, and values that accompany every employee throughout their journey with Viteccons.

Safety is also always placed at the highest priority – not simply as a mandatory requirement, but as a shared responsibility of every individual toward themselves, their colleagues, and the entire project they are working on.

Building the Foundation Before the Journey Begins

To gain a deeper understanding of these values, every new member has a first “point of connection” before officially starting their work: Onboarding Training. Held monthly, the program connects participants directly from the Head Office while simultaneously providing online access to projects across Vietnam. This enables new members to quickly understand Viteccons' systems, culture, and common ways of working.

During the program, Nguyen Minh Tien – Head of Systems & IT introduces Viteccons' systems; Nguyen Thi Thuy Trinh – HR Specialist shares information about employee benefits, corporate culture, and core values; while Nguyen Van Tuan – Head of Safety & Security provides essential knowledge on occupational safety – a fundamental foundation for every Viteccons-er.
