On 08/08/2012, at Yen So Park, Hoang Mai district, Hanoi city, VITECCONS organized the groundbreaking ceremony of Gamuda Gardens project.

Attending the ceremony, there were representatives of investors-Gamuda Land Vietnam Llc, the representative of the consultants, suppliers and subcontractors, the representatives of VITECCONS and its site management board.

The package 120 semi-detached villas comprises of 64 villas in phase 01 and 56 villas in phase 02, scope of works include: structure, external finishing and infrastructure works, which will be lasted in 17 months.

VITECCONS committed ourselves to carrying out a successful project, by applying advanced and appropriate construction method, strictly conforming to occupational safety standards, ensuring construction progress and good quality as expectation.
