In the morning of April 16th 2012, Viet Nhat Real Estate Joint Stock Company and Big C Vietnam coordinated with main contractor Phu Hung Gia Construction & Investment Joint Stock Company (PHG) to hold the Ground breaking ceremony of Green Square project in Di An town, Binh Duong province.

The ceremony welcomed the participation of Mr. Le Thanh Cung – Chairman of Binh Duong People Committee, Mr. Dang Minh Hung - Chairman of Di An district, Mr. Pascal Billaud - Chairman of Viet Nhat JSC, General Director of Big C Vietnam, Mr. Didier Thiefin - General Director of Viet Nhat JSC, Mr. Nguyen Ba Duong – Chairman, General Director of Coteccons Group and representatives of Viet Nhat, Big C VN, SCQC, Thai Binh JSC – a partner of Viet Nhat, Board of Directors and members of VITECCONS.

Invested by Viet-Nhat Real Estate JSC, with total slab area of 25.360 m2, PHG undertake: foundation & superstructure; metal structure, roofing; landscape, infrastructure and outdoor drainage. The contract value is 142 billion VND, will be completed within 6.5 months.

The representatives spading the soil To carry out this project, beside high demands for safety, progress, aesthetic and quality, and through the construction time, the contractor must comply with the green building standards, accredited by Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC). With experience in various projects, as well as became a member of the Vietnam Green Building Council (VGBC), VITECCONS is confident to develop the project to meet the above requirements and contribute to the success of green Big C.
