"Solidarity will lead us to success," said so that people understand that the power of solidarity in the collective is extremely large. We can only become strong if we unite, work together or to achieve the same goal. If a collective that is divided, no matter how strong each individual in the collective, the team is just a collective failure.

That is the meaningful message of Mr. Dang Hoang Chinh – Head of Safety Department during this March meeting. For Viteccons, as a construction company, safety is always at the forefront, all successes and triumphs of the project are meaningful only if enough all factors: ensure safety, timely, quality as committed to the investor... so the "unity" factor among individuals, departments, site is the key to open up Viteccons' success now and in the future.

This is also one of the very cultural beauty of Viteccons has been very powerful for many years. But to maintain and develop these characteristics, it is because each individual must always change, always improve, always unite and benefit collectively on the personal interests for the common goal of the company.
