After the time of waiting for the Employer – Hai Nam Company Limited to re-design interior as well as architecture, on the 25th March 2014 morning, Viteccons company begun re-construction of Hai Nam Office Building Project. Hai Nam Company Limited is the Employer and Viteccons Company is chosen as the main contractor for the project.
 
Located in one of the central districts of the City, Hai Nam Office Building provides many convenient facilities such as traffic, important transaction points as banks, postal services, as well as restaurants, entertainment, shopping. The project is built on an area of ​​more than 300m2 with a total floor area of over 2400m2 including: 2 basements, ground floor, mezzanine floor and 6 floors, meeting the needs of modern working office of many companies today.
