The Phuong Nam Hotel and Commercial Complex, located on Nguyen Cong Tru Street, Ward 01, Bao Loc City, Lam Dong Province, is being developed by Private Enterprise Phuong Nam and constructed by Viteccons as the general contractor.

The project has a scale of 1 basement, 7 floors, and a total construction area of 11,750 m2. With its modern and luxurious design and diverse amenities, the project promises to deliver high-quality construction and services to meet the growing needs of tourists and locals.

Since its groundbreaking in February 2024, the project has been implemented urgently and with high quality by Viteccons.

As of July 10, 2024, the project has reached the concrete pouring stage for the 4th floor slab. Other project components are also being implemented following the planned schedule.
