On August 16, 2016, after surpassing prestigious contractors from South Korea and other competitors, Viteccons officially received the notice of award for the City Focus Lighting Factory Project located in Nhon Trach 2 Industrial Park, Ton Duc Thang Street, Phu Hoi Commune, Nhon Trach District, Dong Nai Province. The project investor is City Focus Lighting Co., Ltd., a 100% foreign-owned enterprise specializing in the manufacturing and trading of electronic components exported to many countries around the world.

According to the signed agreement, Viteccons will serve as the main contractor for the structural works, finishing works, and M&E systems. The project is developed on a land area of more than 11,000 m², with a total construction floor area of 9,000 m², including a three-story factory building, parking area, underground water tank system, septic tank system, and other auxiliary facilities. The project is expected to be completed and put into operation after nearly six months of construction.
