To tighten the friendship, in the morning of March 16, 2017, on behalf of the management, Dang Thi Ngoc Lan – Viteccons’s Union Chairwoman and Nguyen Thi Ngoc Lan – General Manager visited the staffs, working at the Pan Food construction site at Long An Province.

This is the first project for 2017, so they were very happy and energetic to get it started. Understanding the difficulties and hardships of the people here, the union and the general department visited the site to encourage and listen to their wishes and aspiration and shared with them what they ask for so as to support them if possible. The conversation took place in the atmosphere of warmth and joy. With the solidarity and strong support, we believe that all the difficulties will be overcome with further development of our staff.

On this occasion, the union and the general department held a birthday party for the people with a birthday in March. We sang happily together and sent our sweet and lovely wishes to them.

On behalf of the Management, we sent to the head of the construction site our wishes of good health and gave thanks to all of them who have been completing successfully the planned target.

The staffs of the union happily go for a sight-seeing tour around the construction site to understand the difficulties of the people working here so as to propose the best policies to support them for their work at the site.
