On the morning of February 14, 2011, Phu Hung Gia Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, together with the project partners, held the groundbreaking ceremony for the structural and finishing works of the 381 Ben Chuong Duong High-Rise Apartment Project, located in Cau Kho Ward, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City. In this project, Viteccons is responsible for the construction of the structural works for Block B.

The project is invested by the Vietnam Rubber Industry Group and is developed on a land area of 6,436 m². The project includes 286 apartments, 02 basement levels, Tower A with 16 floors, and Tower B with 23 floors, with a total gross floor area of up to 45,463 m².

Attending the ceremony were representatives of the project owner – Vietnam Rubber Industry Group, the Board of Management and staff of Phu Hung Gia Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, as well as the Board of Management of Viteccons.

At the ceremony, Mr. Pham Van Hien – Director of the Project Management Unit and representative of the project owner – expressed his appreciation to the partners, contractors, and consulting firms for accompanying the project. He also conveyed his confidence in Phu Hung Gia as the contractor and wished the project successful implementation with assured quality and safety.

The groundbreaking ceremony took place in a formal atmosphere and concluded successfully.
