On December 14, 2021, Go! Mall Thai Binh, located on Tran Thai Tong Street, Phu Khanh Ward, Thai Binh Province, and invested by Central Retail Group, was officially opened and has started operating.

Investor - Central Retail Group - is the owner of the most famous Central Plaza brand in Thailand. They are currently operating 35 trade centers with about 230 supermarkets, electronic stores, and other retailers in Vietnam.

Viteccons served as the General Contractor for Design and Construction in this project, which has a total floor area of nearly 30,000 m2, including 2 commercial floors and a parking area that can accommodate over 2,100 motorcycles and 130 cars. The Viteccons construction committee worked tirelessly and with great dedication, delivering the project on schedule and meeting all safety and quality requirements of the Investor.

After the successful completion of the Go! Mall Thai Binh project, the investor has shown trust in Viteccons and has assigned the company to take on the main design and construction responsibilities for the Go! Lao Cai Trade Center Project .
