On the morning of November 3rd 2019 at the No 3 Hoang Minh Giam stadium, Phu Nhuan District, Ho Chi Minh City after many previous dramatic rounds, The Cup finals took place with the competition between the teams of Office and Khoi Nguyen in the atmosphere could not get any hotter with the enthusiastic support of all Viteccons supporters.
