Last week, VITECCONS has continuously received Notice of Award of the Binh Thanh Garment Factory. This is the fourth confirmation to win the construction contract for VITECCONS  in July, 2012.

Binh Thanh Garment Factory belongs to Binh Thanh Imp-Exp Production and Trade Joint Stock Company (Gilimex). Because the current factory has operated for many years ago, its small size has not satisfied requirements of present business, therefore the owner will develop the new one on the area of 1.800 m² of existing factory.

Perspective of the front of factory

As the main contractor, VITECCONS will undertake to destroy and remove the former factory; execute the structure, M&E, finishing works, total value is worth 26 billion dongs, will be completed within 150 days.
