On June 18, 2023, Viteccons successfully collaborated with the PTI Education and Training Organization to organize the training program "Building Image and Leadership Style." The event took place at Vissai Saigon Hotel with the participation of all management personnel.

The program was specifically designed to equip Viteccons' management personnel with the necessary tools and knowledge to undertake the roles of overseeing departments and projects within the company. The training session focused on essential aspects of leadership, including developing a leadership mindset, effective communication, time management skills, delegation and empowerment, leadership style, team cohesion strategies, and motivation for employees.

Feedback from the participants indicated that the program provided valuable knowledge and skills. The training session fostered an interactive learning environment where Viteccons' management personnel had the opportunity to share experiences, learn from real managerial situations, and engage in group activities, discussions, and practical exercises. This allowed the management team members to enhance their team management skills, and problem-solving abilities, and seek innovative solutions to the challenges of leadership in the digital age.
 
In the future, Viteccons will continue to invest in training and developing the capabilities of middle-level management personnel to build a team with high professional expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to inspire employees.
