BCI Central has officially announced the BCI Asia Top 10 Developers, Top 10 Architectural Firms, and Top 10 Contractors in Vietnam for 2024. Among them, Viteccons is honored to be listed on the prestigious Top 10 Contractors in Vietnam 2024. This is considered one of the most esteemed awards in the construction industry within the region.

The Top 10 Contractors of 2024 award is based on criteria including the total construction value of all projects in the construction phase initiated within the two-year period from January 1, 2022, to December 31, 2023. It also considers a multiplier factor for projects registered with certifications such as LEED, Lotus, Green Mark, Green Star, EDGE, and projects in categories including office headquarters, resort hotels, and industrial workshops.

The annual BCI Asia Awards ceremony is organized across 7 countries and territories in Asia, including Hong Kong (China), Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, and Vietnam. In 2024, BCI Central celebrates its 19th year honoring industry leaders in architecture and construction.

BCI Asia Awards is considered one of the most prestigious awards in the construction industry within the region. The event also serves as a platform for networking among investors, architectural firms, contractors, manufacturers, and service providers in the construction sector.

The BCI Asia Awards 2024 ceremony will be held in Ho Chi Minh City on May 31, 2024.
