Organising birthday parties for the staff is Viteccons’ meaningful annual activity. On 1 August 2015, the General Department and the company’s Union Standing Committee organised a birthday party for staffers having birthdays in Quarter II of the year at the company’s office.

Attendants included company’s leaders and representatives from the company’s departments and sections. This has been a meaningful activity, showing the company leaders’ care for the staff and promoting collective unity among them.

The party went on in a warm and merry atmosphere, with birthday wishes like this: “Wish you a new age with joys and successes in your jobs and in your life as well.”

The staff enjoyed a jar of “ruou can” (wine drunk out of a jar through pipes) to consolidate internal unity for a better future.
