Creating a green space in the heart of an industrial zone

Amidst the typical industrial landscape of concrete blocks and factories, the A1A 2 Office stands out as a modern and sustainable “green landmark.” Achieving LEED Silver certification, the project was delivered by Viteccons as the Design & Build General Contractor.

Through the Design & Build approach, Viteccons ensured seamless integration from concept to final construction. Architectural details such as exposed steel frames, a solar-integrated roof, and a façade with 70% glass coverage all reflect the spirit of sustainability, modernity, and energy efficiency.

An open, creative, and connected workspace

The project comprises two blocks separated by a central open space, creating an architectural highlight while enhancing natural ventilation. Large glass panels optimize daylight, reduce energy consumption, and expand visibility. Green areas with water features, lawns, and walkways bring a nature-friendly working environment that fosters creativity and connectivity.

Minimalist and sustainable Industrial design

Adopting an Industrial style with strong steel structures combined with minimalist and flexible design, A1A 2 Office is not only a workplace but also the R&D hub of Alliance One – Liberty Inter Group (Thailand), a corporation with over 30 years of experience in the garment industry and global partners such as Puma and Adidas.

With a total floor area of 8,240 m² across 5 storeys, the project not only demonstrates Viteccons’ creative design capability and high-standard construction quality but also stands as a symbol of the green–open–sustainable office trend within modern industrial parks.
